Use of Syntegra services indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Syntegra is an AI platform for Indonesian professionals & business owners covering Desk (daily work), POS (smart cashier), and CRM (AI Sales on WhatsApp) — all run through Syntia, an AI assistant with chat & voice. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.
3. Account and User Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) use services for illegal purposes; (b) interfere with or compromise system integrity; (c) attempt to access other users' data without authorization; (d) copy, modify, or redistribute Syntegra's code/content without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, logos, and trademarks available in the services are owned by Syntegra Indonesia or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without any warranty. Syntegra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, except as required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, through competent courts in Jakarta.
