User Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we manage. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from the Syntegra platform.
1. How to Submit a Request
Send a request via one of the channels below with the subject/message “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name and the email or WhatsApp number registered to your account so we can locate and verify your data.
2. What Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete the personal data we store, including: name, email, WhatsApp number, business name & data, and content you created in the service. Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., transaction/accounting records).
3. Identity Verification
For security, we will verify that the request comes from the rightful data owner before deletion. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
4. Timeline
Valid requests will be processed within 30 business days of successful verification. We will send a confirmation by email once your data has been deleted.
